Christmas greetings from Squirrel News

Red Squirrel on tree in snow

Dear readers, dear friends, dear Squirrel community,

Another Corona year with some ups and downs is coming to an end.  While some just celebrated the lifting of Corona restrictions, the next wave is already rolling in.

At least with Squirrel News, we carry the bright spots of the world together in these dark times. This helps us to keep our balance and not lose sight of the light on the horizon.

In the next few days, we will nevertheless lower our publication frequency a bit. If you can’t hibernate as a human being, you have to at least get some rest.

Where is the hibernation?

From our point of view, such a hibernation would actually be much better than waiting for months with a cold and sore throat for better weather. It would certainly also save billions in economic costs. If researchers find out soon which levers have to be turned to activate the hibernation gene in humans, we will of course cover it with Squirrel News.

But apart from that, fortunately there is enough other progress in the world so that we don’t run out of constructive stories.

Thank you for your support!

We’d also like to take this opportunity to officially welcome all readers who have joined us this year! And to all those who support us with donations, we’d like to thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts! It’s your donations that make our work possible.

Enjoy the holidays, come well into the new year and – of course – stay healthy!
